Useful information

Check in/check out:
Borgo tra gli Olivi is a family run business and does not have a 24 hour reception desk. We kindly ask that you let us know with precision your time of arrival so as to allow us to greet you personally. In case of any delays we ask that you please let us know and keep us updated on your arrival time.

Check-In hours are from 14:30 to 19:00 (2:30 pm to 7:00 pm)
In case you arrive after 20:00 (8:00 pm) there will be a surcharge of 20€
We do not accept arrivals after 22:00 (10:00), unless special arrangements are previous agreed upon

Check-Out the room must be vacated by 10:00 am. If by 12:00 noon the room is not free, you will pay 50% of another overnight stay.

If you have to anticipate your departure, you will pay the total cost of the overnight stay and 80% of the days booked without a stay.

Children:
Children under the age of 6 years old will stay with us free of any additional cost for crib/cot.
Attention: only some of the rooms have the option of adding a crib/cot.

Smoking:
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE ROOMS.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS:
Borgo tra gli Olivi is a Pet Friendly structure.
Your four-legged friends are welcomed to stay for a cost of 5€ a night per pet.

Booking details

Booking Confirmation:
The booking is considered confirmed only after we have received a 30% deposit of the total cost of the stay. The remaining balance will be paid in full at arrival. Additional costs for extra services will be tallied and paid for at departure.
Payment:
We accept payment by cash, bank transfers, PayPal and credit card (except for American Express and Diners).
Cancellation Policy:
- The deposit will be entirely refunded only in the case that the cancellation of the booking is communicated to up at least 60 days before the arrival date;
- For cancellations communicated to us from 60 days to 5 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be given back only as a voucher that can be used in a future stay with Borgo tra gli Olivi with-in 6 months of original booking, subject to availability;
- For cancellations communicated to us from 4 days to 0 days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be given back. The entire deposit will be lost as a penalty for cancellation.
